Politique d’expédition

With the exception of pre order sales or orders requiring customisation, orders will ship within 2 business days, sent via method stated at checkout. 

Pre orders will ship on or after the date specified in the presale.

All watches, watch rolls, and leather wallets are shipped from Perth, Western Australia. Watch straps and accessories may ship from partner or 3rd party logistics locations.  

Domestic Shipping

Australian deliveries are sent via AusPost express. 

International Shipping

We currently use DHL express, and Australia Post (and their partner networks). Either will be used, based on advice from our logistics team. 

For Canadian address we default to AusPost (EMS/Canada Post) as we have been advised this has best outcome for speed and duties processing. 

Customs and duties

We are currently rolling out tax inclusive pricing for international orders.

If the final amount states "no more to pay" or "includes $XX tax" - the price you pay is inclusive of import tax/duties.

If this statement is not present, it is likely tax and duties are due on delivery. 

Currently for address in the UK, USA, and most address in the EU, items are sent duties paid - no more to pay. 

For customers in other eegions - customs or other import related fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

  

Return Shipping

Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender.
