Pre-order Policy - Houtman Watches Australia

"Pre-ordering" a watch means that you are reserving and paying for a certain model that will be shipped at a future date. By making a pre-order, you will be given a priority to obtain the model offered at a substantial saving.

Payment for your pre-order will be taken at the time the order is placed: a pre-order product is added to your online basket and payment made at checkout. Payment is required in full at time of pre-order, we do not accept partial deposit payment at this time.

Please be aware of the following terms and conditions that shall apply to this pre-order purchase:

Pre-orders

The watch is not yet in stock but is expected to ship at the date indicated on the product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. The listed delivery date is an estimate only.

You acknowledge that HoutmanWatch.com may not be able to fulfil your pre-order. If this were the case HoutmanWatch.com will inform you by email and will credit back monies paid to your credit card or via other payment method. You will not be entitled to any compensation or remedy in case of delay in manufacturing/delivery, or cancellation by HoutmanWatch.com of your pre-order, whatever the reason.

The following terms shall apply to such pre-orders:

• All payments received shall be refundable as long as the order is cancelled prior to the date HoutmanWatch.com notifies the customer that the watch is ready for shipment.

• Additionally, HoutmanWatch.com’s customer service may contact you by email or telephone to make arrangements for the delivery and the fulfillment of your order.

Production updates will be sent via email as milestones are reached, you can opt out of these emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.

Cancellation prior to dispatch

If you wish to cancel your pre-order at any time prior to HoutmanWatch.com sending the notification that the watch is ready to ship, please contact HoutmanWatch.com customer service and we will be happy to process a full refund of your deposit.

After your order is shipped, any returns will be subject to HoutmanWatch.com’s online return policy
