and 70’s golden era of muscles cars in Australia, where big V8’s dominated – with Ford and Holden (GM) vying for racetrack supremacy; win on Sunday and sell on Monday was a motto bandied about.
The race for higher performance halted with the "Supercar Scare" of 1972, however the legacy continued; Wild cars, wild colours, wild watches!
